如何訂購How to Order
1. 電話訂購：您可以打美國國內免費電話1-800-624-3504(Bookstore) 或 1-888-999-7959(MC Lit.) 。 Call us: You may call toll-free number: 1-800-624-3504 or 888-999-7959.
2. 傳真訂購：您可以傳真您的訂單至 717-687-6178或 717-687-8891。Fax in your order: Please fax your order to 717-687-6178 or 717-687-8891.
3. 網上直接訂購：365天/24小時快速、安全、方便的訂購方式。Order Online: 365 days/24 hours fast, safe, and convenient.
運費及手續費Shipping & Handling
1. 美國國內：運費一律是按實際運費加每箱$2.00手續材料費計算。您在結算時只需選擇您想使用的郵寄方法，我們會將您的運費加在與貨品一起寄出的Invoice上。US Domestic: Shipping cost is calculated by actual shipping cost plus $2.00 handling charge.
2. 世界其他地區(Areas Outside USA)：以實際運費加每箱$3.00手續費計算。(Actual Shipping charge plus $3.00 handing fee.)
3. 我們通常在收到訂單後24-48小時內會依您的選擇使用UPS Ground或是USPS為您郵寄。您若是要我們以特定的方法郵寄(如Next Day or 2nd Day Air)，請在CHECK OUT 時在“特別註明 SPECIAL NOTICE:”處告訴我們，我們會與您聯絡，告知您郵費及收件日期。。UPS只送美國本土48州住家地址 (No P.O. Box Address)，若您要寄去PO Box, Alaska, or Hawaii，我們會用“Priority Mail”或“Media Mail” 郵寄。郵寄時間大致如下表：(美國以外的地區，則要視郵寄的方法而定。)
(We will process your order within 24-48 hours after receving your orders and ship your order via UPS or USPS according to your choice. If you would like to receive your orders faster, please let us know at Checkout. We will notify you the shipping cost and arrival date. UPS only deliver to 48 states with no PO Box address. If your order is delivered to PO Box, Alaska, or Hawaii, we will use USPS priority mail or Media mail. Time for delivery please see the chart below: (International mails are varied by countries):

5. 您也可以在網上訂購，然後自行到書房領取您的產品。請CHECK OUT 時在“特別註明 SPECIAL NOTICE:”處告訴我們或來電告知即可。 You can also order online and pick up your orders at our Paradise, PA warehouse. Please let us know at Checkout or contact us.
BACK ORDER
我們通常不為顧客Back Order，訂單中缺貨的項目我們會自動從訂單中取消並註明在Invoice上；但如果缺貨的數量超過訂單中的1/3，我們會用E-Mail或電話詢問您是否要Back Order。
退/換貨規定Return Policy
1. 所有的貨品均可在收據(Invoice)日期三十天內換店內其他貨品。
2. 假如物品在郵寄的過程中損壞或郵寄錯誤的貨品，請來電告知，我們會盡快為您處理。
3. 假如您不喜歡所訂的貨品，您可以更換店內其他貨品或退回貨品(郵資請自付)。退貨時請附上收據(Invoice)，我們在收到貨品後會Credit您的貨款到您的帳戶作信用額度(Store Credit)，您下次訂購新貨品時可以用此信用額度來抵銷新的賬目。如需退現款，請先特別告知。
4. 所有的貨品在超過收據(Invoice)日期三十天以上不能退貨或換店內其他貨品。
優惠辦法 Discount Policy
1.
教會(圖書館或主日學)、傳道人、宣教士及神學生滿$100以上，可享10 %Off；請在Check-Out時註明，我們會在與貨品一起寄出的Invoice上會顯示您的折扣
2. 本優惠辦法恕不包括任何特價或已打折優待產品。
