                    Scholarship Application Form

for Pastors

• To be eligible you must be a full-time Pastor actively serving in a small church which cannot support your attendance at CMC.

• One scholarship is available per church and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.  Preference will be given to pastors who have not been to CMC before.

• Full scholarships are available for pastors: including registration, meals and shared accommodations.

• However, any amount you can contribute will help us in providing scholarships to others.

• COSTS:

  • Registration =$39 / $49 depending on the date
  • Meals = $142
  • Shared accommodations (2 per room) =  $114 + tax (8%)

                    TOTAL Costs = $304 - $314

• Scholarship deadline: November 11, 2010.

• NOTE: You will have to arrange and pay for your own transportation to the convention.  We cannot cover travel expenses with this scholarship program.
